Get Business and Community Support Here on the Fraser Coast
As residents of the Fraser Coast we are fortunate to live in a caring and compassionate society. An ethos based on that good old country ethic of looking after our mates.
Each and every day you may witness acts of kindness and compassion given by, in most cases, ordinary people, people who have a desire to care and assist those in need.
The collaborative dispute resolution process relies on the expertise and skill of a range of professional advisors. Fortunately, here on the Fraser Coast, there are talented professional advisors that you can work with, to achieve an outcome.
Who will be involved in the process?

What you must always remember
This process is really all about you, your partner, your children and no one else. Working together to achieve the best outcome for each of you will always be uppermost in the minds of your lawyers and other professionals.
Achieving an outcome that is not gained at prohibitive cost to you and your partner is always our goal.
Your lawyers and any other professionals involved in the collaborative dispute resolution process are all trained and skilled to recognise the sign posts that will appear during the process. As a part of the recognition process, it might, from time to time, require the parties to draw back, to take a deep breath and to contemplate where they are at in the process.
All of the professionals involved in the process will be local to the Fraser Coast unless there is a good reason for engaging outsiders.
Professionals engaged to assist you or your children know that their professional services cannot be performed in a vacuum. These services will be based on care and consideration in the knowledge and a full appreciation of your particular circumstances.
You may prefer a greater degree of anonymity and prefer to ask for help outside the local area. In each case, we will work with you to meet your needs.
